• The SVP, Data Science drives the data strategy and execution for a global client portfolio.
• Senior leadership on the Razorfish data team, outlining a roadmap for best‑in‑class data strategy and partnering with teams across Publicis Groupe.
• Extensive experience with analytical tools, performance reporting across media, CRM and site touchpoints.
• Proven client engagement, communicating complex technical ideas to multiple stakeholders.
• Extensive knowledge of financial services data integration and regulatory considerations.
• Reports to the Chief Data and Analytics Officer and is part of the Razorfish data leadership team.

• Collaborate with senior clients to craft digital transformation strategies and data roadmaps.
• Build and manage cross‑functional data teams (analysts, scientists, engineers, instrumentation).
• Integrate domain insights across financial services, automotive, CPG and other sectors.
• Translate business requirements into actionable data initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Utilize advanced analytics, experimentation and predictive modeling to optimize marketing and product performance.
• Develop strategies to elevate data capabilities across global regions.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid‑level data professionals.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

• 15+ years in data science and analytics leadership.
• Expertise in multiple data science, analytics, data management and customer data platform tools.
• Experience steering products from ideation to commercial launch.
• Deep knowledge of advertising, marketing and digital strategy.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a deadline‑driven environment.

Compensation Range: $180,215 – $299,637. The pay range is the company’s estimate for this position at the time of posting. Compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, experience and role requirements. Temporary roles may be eligible for certain benefits.
