We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analytics Manager to join our Data Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the execution and operational delivery of a team of data analysts responsible for transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that support effective decision‑making. Working in close partnership with the Director of Data Services, this role implements established analytics strategy, standards, and priorities while collaborating with customers, internal Bitfocus teams, and other stakeholders to ensure analytical solutions are accurate, relevant, and aligned to organizational goals.

Core responsibilities include overseeing and operationalizing the analytics lifecycle from requirements gathering and business interpretation to implementing analytical models, dashboards, and reports, validating data, and ensuring consistent, high‑quality delivery. A key focus of this role is improving efficiency through automations, standardized workflows, and quality controls that reduce manual effort and improve delivery timelines.

This role provides direct people leadership to the analytics team, setting expectations, managing capacity, and supporting strong analytical practices. Success in this position requires strong operational leadership, clear communication, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful narratives that drive measurable impact across Bitfocus and the HMIS community.

We are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry standards. We analyze and carefully consider several factors when determining compensation, including skills, qualifications and professional experience, which can cause your compensation to vary. This role has an annual targeted total compensation range of $71,000 - $135,000 which includes variable compensation (bonus) eligibility.

(Most candidates join us at the lower half of the range to leave room for growth, learning, and development; we negotiate actual salaries with final candidates based on experience in similar roles and expertise related to qualifications)
