• Implement SAFe processes, facilitate PI planning and Scrum of Scrums.
• Coordinate cross‑team activities, manage risk and dependencies, and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain oversight of the SDLC framework, ensuring successful release and maintenance.
• Perform feature prioritization and estimation with focus on business value.
• Support remote work from anywhere within the U.S.

• Master's or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• 3+ years of post‑baccalaureate experience in IT project/program management, including leading complex and large‑scale initiatives.
• Experience with Agile, SAFe, Scrum, API, PI planning, and cross‑team coordination.
• Knowledge of software development using C#, .NET, Python, HTML5, jQuery, SQL, JIRA, XML.
• Experience establishing KPIs, feature prioritization, and process improvement.
• Experience with cloud platforms, especially Azure.
• Experience using or integrating AI/AI‑related technologies.

Full‑time, 40+ hours per week; base salary $182,007 per year, with eligibility for annual bonus and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, disability, 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, parental leave, and transportation subsidies.
