K  is seeking a motivated Technical Director to manage Mission Technology Solutions (MTS) CTO initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

* Directing, developing, communicating, and implementing the company's direction and strategic goals.
* Developing strategies to optimize business development and marketing internally to the company's employees as well as externally to the clients.
* Monitoring and supporting the pursuit of viable opportunities by supplying the resources and training necessary to assess, screen, and prioritize opportunities to optimize utilization of resources.
* Identifying and communicating best practices throughout the company.
* Optimizing results for customers as well as the company by establishing goals and objectives for operations and making operational decisions.
* Developing strategy through the implementation and execution phases.

* Required Qualifications:

*** Bachelor's degree in related technical field and at least 15 years of related experience.
** Security Clearance:
*** Active Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Master’s degree in engineering or business (MBA)
* Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility
** Basic Compensation:** $ - $The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
** Additional Compensation:
** K  may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.  #PV2
