Senior Drupal Developer (Full Stack, Technical Lead)

ITCON Services is hiring a motivated and knowledgeable Senior Drupal Developer. This full-time salaried position requires technical leadership, working across multiple development teams and customer environments. The ideal candidate must be able to manage multiple concurrent projects (multi-thread work).

Clearance Requirement: Candidate must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident and eligible for a Public Trust clearance with the U.S Government.

The Senior Drupal Developer will lead technical deliverables, including:

• Drupal upgrades and migrations (specifically Drupal 7 to Drupal 8 and Drupal
  9).
• System design and architecture planning.
• Custom module development and implementation.
• Issue resolution and troubleshooting.
• Operations and maintenance tasks.

Additional responsibilities include mentoring junior team members, contributing to technical solutions across various projects, and providing input for technical proposals.

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or related field preferred).
• 8+ years of experience with Drupal (including 7x and 8x) and PHP.
• Proven migration experience from Drupal 7 to Drupal 8 and to Drupal 9.
• Full stack development experience, including Drupal front end theming.
• 5+ years leading development efforts in a team environment.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL or MySQL.
• Experience using Docker.
• Familiarity with Akamai and other CDN technology.
• Integration experience with Site Improve and SOLR.
• Experience deploying on Linux environments.
• Experience with configuration management tools.
• Expert level understanding of SDLC and development best practices.
• Ability to communicate and present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong oral and written communications skills and demonstrated attention to detail.
• Proven time management skills to ensure timely delivery of tasks and documents.
• Experience working well in a team environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Capability to determine, understand, and document the business case and project scope.

• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript.
• Experience with responsive design.
• Experience in CI/CD.
• Experience using Docker, Rancher, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with issue/change management software (i.e. JIRA).
• Experience using Angular and/or React
  
  JS.
• Related certifications, including Acquia Certified Drupal Developer.
