We are assisting in the search for a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead critical technology initiatives within a large-scale SAP S/4

HANA migration project.

The COSMOS S/4

HANA program is a multi-year strategic initiative to migrate from SAP ECC to SAP S/4

HANA. Entering its third year, the program involves collaboration with a global systems integrator. This role is focused on the technical infrastructure stream, encompassing:

• Infrastructure architecture and resilience (DR, high availability, upgrades)
• SAP system landscape management and integrations
• SAP user interface technologies (Fiori/GUI)

• Lead and coordinate technical and infrastructure-related SAP projects, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Oversee SAP system sizing, landscape architecture, environment builds, and RICEFW deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including enterprise architects, analysts, finance, procurement, and operations
• Implement robust project governance frameworks and performance metrics (KPIs)
• Manage risks, issue resolution, and financial oversight; contribute to business case development
• Ensure alignment with established PMO methodologies and documentation practices
• Coordinate deliverables with both internal and third-party project managers
• Supervise third-party execution of SAP Security features, including Segregation of Duties (SoD) and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on SAP experience
• Participation in at least 2 full‑cycle SAP implementations, including S/4
  
  HANA
• Familiarity with SAP system sizing, installations, and technical landscape management
• Experience with SAP RISE or cloud‑based deployments (strong asset)
• Knowledge of SAP Security and GRC tools (asset)

• 5–7+ years managing large‑scale IT initiatives, ideally with budgets in the $5–10M+ range
• Proven track record in multi‑vendor environments
• Proficiency with SAP Activate project methodology
• Capable of independently managing the scope of third‑party vendors

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to lead global, distributed, and matrixed teams, both onshore and offshore
• Highly organized, detail‑driven, and adept at producing high‑quality documentation
