• Lead the end‑to‑end creation of proposals and RFx responses for project‑based IT and software development engagements.
• Synthesize diverse inputs from technical, delivery, and commercial teams into structured, client‑focused narratives.
• Write and refine executive summaries, delivery approaches, value propositions, and differentiators to effectively communicate key messages.
• Ensure responses are strategically positioned, technically feasible, and commercially competitive.
• Manage proposal schedules, stakeholder reviews, and final submissions to meet deadlines with quality and precision.
• Partner with Solution Architects, Delivery Managers, and Sales Executives to ensure proposals reflect accurate delivery logic and business goals.
• Develop and maintain reusable proposal content including case studies, delivery narratives, success stories, and templates.
• Create presentation materials and sales collateral to support presales discussions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of proposal processes, templates, and content libraries.

• 3‑5 years of experience in IT outsourcing, consulting, or professional services, with hands‑on involvement in developing proposals and RFP/RFI responses for software development or IT delivery engagements.
• Demonstrated experience writing and structuring proposals for software development or IT delivery projects.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and delivery frameworks such as Agile and Scrum.
• Knowledge of engagement models and pricing structures including Time & Materials, Fixed‑Price, and Managed Services.
• Understanding of project phases such as Discovery, Design, Build, QA, and Deployment.
• Proven ability to interpret technical or delivery input and convert it into persuasive business narratives.
• Outstanding English writing and communication skills, able to create concise, executive‑level documents for global audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack is a plus.
• Familiarity with UX/UI, AI, or digital transformation concepts is a plus.
