What You’ll Be Doing- Develop and execute regional marketing plans aligned with corporate strategy and sales objectives targeting internal IT using ICP & buyer personas. Collaborate with direct and channel sales teams for direct, face‑to‑face, virtual, and partner marketing activations.
- Own end‑to‑end program execution, including pre, during, and post‑activities, promotion, lead flow, and follow‑up with SDR team using Salesloft cadences, email follow‑up, and regular program effectiveness updates.
- Strategically drive joint marketing plans with top partners (resellers & tech alliances) to showcase shared value propositions.
- Ensure consistent, clear communications and calls to action for sellers, keeping them informed and engaged.
- Proactively manage programs and communications with agencies, vendors, and technology partners, ensuring high‑quality execution.
- Maintain on‑budget execution with timely and accurate financial reconciliation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and generate innovative ideas to elevate regional marketing efforts.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all regional events, coordination, and assessment.
- Identify opportunities to engage existing customers and Ninja One thought leaders through speaking engagements and other channels.
- Participate actively in all phases of marketing programs from research to design and execution.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of SaaS/software marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a management role focused on growth, demand generation, customer marketing, or executive programs.
- Deep understanding of the B2B buyer’s journey and ability to build scalable models for enterprise and mid‑market/SMB segments within SaaS.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in fast‑paced environments, driving measurable outcomes.
- Focused on growth—new logos, pipeline optimization, and revenue generation—with a strong emphasis on ROI and data‑driven decisions.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, Pardot, Salesloft, and Asana (plus).
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, taking initiative without waiting for direction.
- Excellent proactive communication skills and willingness to collaborate with a global team of marketers.
- Creative problem‑solving abilities with a proactive, action‑oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and diverse deadlines simultaneously.
- Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments, comfortable with ambiguity.

- Open to travel up to 40%.

- Due to operational policies, this role is not available within Chicago city limits; candidates outside the city proper or willing to self‑relocate are considered.
Starting pay is based on location, market demand, experience, and skills. For roles in California, Colorado, Maryland, New Jersey, or Washington, the base salary range is $100,000 to $120,000 per year. For roles in New York, the base salary range is $100,000 to $120,000 per year. Other benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, and PTO.
