• Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
  Graduate degree preferred
• 15+ years of relevant field or industry experience
• Expertise in supply chain roles, particularly in the manufacturing industry
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts
• Ability to travel up to 15%

• Direct experience in supply chain management roles
• Expertise in AI technologies and their application in supply chains
• Prior experience at a research and advisory firm or consulting organization
