HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a Supply Chain Risk Management Intelligence Analyst to serve in The Office of National Security (ONS), within the Immediate Office of the Secretary at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), which manages Department-wide programs and provides oversight, policy direction, standards, and performance assessments in the areas of counterintelligence, intelligence, insider threat, cyber threat intelligence, information security, national personnel security, homeland security, and the safeguarding of classified information.
ONS provides support of Counterintelligence, Intelligence, and Administrative Support to customers within the HHS organization. The ONS support will include counterintelligence which will proactively identify and assess potential threat information, recommend mitigation efforts, and incorporate findings into formal reports in support of the ONS customers. This includes participation in briefs to HHS leadership on recommendation and providing direct support to Supply Chain Risk Management requests for assistance for ONS contract equities.
Intelligence analysis which will identify and prioritize research and analysis topics within the Department and oversee the production of Research and Analysis plans in support of ONS customers. Ensure appropriate expertise is included in highly tailored written reports, oral briefings, and other intelligence products for a diverse range of global customers. This includes assessing the threat posture of the key players and coordinating with cyber elements in the intelligence community.
In addition, work with other ONS customer teams to ensure the cybersecurity of the IT systems, especially on distribution & administration.
- Conduct due diligence on prospective suppliers to HHS to screen for national security risks
- Leverage knowledge of common business practices (i.e., Mergers and acquisitions, start-up funding, etc.) to screen for risk in suppliers.
- Identify and assess potential threat information, recommend mitigation efforts, and incorporate findings into formal reports.
- Conduct analysis in support of operational activities to assemble, correlate, evaluate and assess information concerning counterintelligence and intelligence threats against personnel, programs, information systems and/or facilities.
