The Senior Analytics Transformation Analyst is an important part of the team responsible for developing, refining, and communicating the Huntington analytics strategy, for the monitoring of strategic initiatives, and for driving long term growth and competitive advantage with analytics. This role involves working closely leadership in the Enterprise Data Strategy and Analytics group to enhance our analytics organization, infrastructure, and capabilities to achieve organizational objectives.

Summary:

This role involves working closely leadership in the Enterprise Data Strategy and Analytics group to enhance our analytics organization, infrastructure, and capabilities to achieve organizational objectives.

This colleague reports to the Enterprise Analytics Transformation Director within the Enterprise Data Strategy and Analytics team.

• Identify and ideate on data and analytics initiatives to meet customer needs
• Contribute to the data and analytics use case roadmap and lead change management efforts to incorporate analytics products into business processes
• Develop and share insights from analytics use cases, and iterate on future revisions and new use cases
• Develop business case forecasts and conduct impact tracking for analytics projects
• Ensure that all Models, AI/ML Models and Tools, and User Developed Tools are appropriately documented and approved before use
• Coordinate, refine, and communicate the Enterprise analytics strategy and current book of work.
• Maintain Huntington’s strong risk culture through early identification, communication, and proactive management and mitigation of financial risks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Master’s degree in a STEM field or Business management discipline
• 1+ years of business experience in analytics, strategic planning, management consulting, or a related field.

• Financial Services background with experiences in marketing, logistics, risk assessment, and regulatory oversight
• Ability to foster an inclusive and innovative working environment within the analytics team and across businesses
• Demonstrated presentation and communication skills
• Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into value-added, data-driven solutions
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies on the job
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex results to technical and non-technical audiences

• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, able to work on multiple projects, and flexible at adjusting assigned priorities when needed.

$70000-$140000 Annual Salary

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
