A technology services company is looking for an entry-level Mainframe Technical Support specialist. This position, which can be performed remotely, requires support for mainframe software, particularly CICS and MQSeries, along with performance monitoring and troubleshooting. Successful candidates will have strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various teams. Training will be provided as part of ongoing support efforts for the Minnesota Department of Information Technology.
