Salesforce Technical Architect - Work From Home

• Strategically plan and optimize the assigned Salesforce portfolio of products and services
• Design, implement, and deploy Salesforce solutions to address complex business challenges
• Manage and maintain systems, technologies, and services within the Salesforce portfolio
• Ensure compliance with regulations and organizational policies while maintaining accurate data
• Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity risk mitigation efforts

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a closely related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT developer role focused on Salesforce
• Proven experience in configuring objects/fields and building automations
• Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs
• Significant experience with formula fields, flows, and other automation processes

• Experience with Apex programming or custom scripting
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Background in managing large data sets and project leadership
• Proficiency in building in Sandbox environments and deploying changes to production
• Knowledge of installing and configuring applications from the App Exchange
