• Facilitate project scope definition, timelines, and resource estimations
• Maintain accurate project schedules and documentation in accordance with EPMO policies
• Conduct regular project meetings to manage action items and dependencies
• Deliver weekly project reports on progress, risks, and resource utilization
• Proactively monitor and communicate project risks and develop mitigation plans

• At least 3 years of experience in software or technology project management with an advanced degree, or a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience
• Project management experience in an Agile environment
• Professional certifications such as CAPM, PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent
• Knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques
  
  Ability to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday if located within 45 miles of the Westlake/Dallas, TX office

• Experience working in a blended workplace environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to foster effective project working relationships
• Commitment to continuous improvement and feedback
