• Conduct diverse analyses to generate insights and improve client experience throughout the client journey
• Collaborate with case team heads to optimize reporting systems and ensure analytics are integrated into decision‑making processes
• Develop engaging dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
• Produce ad hoc data reports using PowerPoint, Excel, Power
  
  BI, and Word
• Translate complex data analyses into clear takeaways for non‑technical stakeholders

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, FP&A, or Management Consulting
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience with SQL and/or Python
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power
  
  BI and Salesforce
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non‑technical audiences

• Experience in a senior data analyst role or similar positions
• Strong problem‑solving skills and analytical thinking
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices
• Familiarity with additional programming languages or analytics tools
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
