• Configure, test, deploy, and iterate personalized journeys/campaigns in Adobe Journey Optimizer based on business requirements
• Collaborate with data analytics teams to build, refine, and validate audience segments in Adobe Experience Platform
• Partner with lifecycle marketers and data scientists to activate journey logic and improve targeting effectiveness
• Conduct quality assurance across journey/campaign components to ensure effective execution
• Monitor journey performance, resolve issues, and refine logic in collaboration with analytics

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing campaign delivery team
• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or digital campaign execution
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of customer journey logic and personalization
• Effective communication skills for collaboration across technical and business teams

• Adobe certifications in Adobe Experience Platform or Adobe Journey Optimizer
• Familiarity with Adobe Real‑Time CDP, XDM schemas, or event tagging
• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or financial services
• Exposure to JSON, event payloads, or API‑driven personalization
• Understanding of Next Best Action personalization logic frameworks
