• Lead and manage a team of Dev Ops engineers, ensuring the configuration integrity of enterprise applications like Salesforce and AWS
• Define and execute the enterprise Dev Ops and Configuration Management roadmap using best practices and industry frameworks
• Design and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines to enhance application lifecycle management
• Drive the evolution of Dev Ops practices into a full Dev Sec Ops  model, integrating security and compliance throughout the CI/CD pipeline
• Produce and provide input into program‑level reports and metrics to support data‑driven decision‑making

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in configuration management for a software development organization
• 5+ years of experience as a Release Manager in an enterprise‑level environment, specifically with Salesforce
• Expert understanding of CMMI (specifically CMMI-DEV ML-3) process and framework
• Strong knowledge of configuration challenges for enterprise SaaS/cloud platforms, including Salesforce and AWS
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban

• Experience implementing complex Salesforce Dev Ops pipelines with Copado or similar tools
• CMMI Associate Certification or higher
• Active Salesforce, AWS, and/or Copado certifications
• Certified SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practitioner, or other Agile certification
• Experience integrating security best practices into the CI/CD pipeline (Dev Sec Ops )
