What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead the design and creation of demo environments simulating real-world healthcare scenarios
Translate AI capabilities into effective solution narratives aligned with client needs
Build and mentor a team of solution architects and technical consultants
Engage with commercialization and sales teams for client workshops and strategic engagements
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to assess solution readiness and inform future developments

What is Required (Qualifications):

Experience designing and deploying demo environments, pilots, or proof-of-concept solutions
Knowledge of healthcare workflows and payer/provider dynamics
Familiarity with enterprise delivery models and pre-sales enablement
Technical fluency in AI technologies, including conversational AI and predictive analytics
Proven ability to lead teams in healthcare or AI-driven environments
