We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analytics Manager to join our Data Services team. The successful candidate will lead the execution and operational delivery of a team of data analysts, transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights to support effective decision‑making.
Core Responsibilities- Oversee and operationalize the analytics lifecycle from requirements gathering and business interpretation to implementing analytical models, dashboards, and reports.
- Validate data and ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery.
- Improve efficiency through automations, standardized workflows, and quality controls that reduce manual effort and improve delivery timelines.
- Provide direct people leadership to the analytics team, setting expectations, managing capacity, and supporting strong analytical practices.
- Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure analytical solutions are accurate, relevant, and aligned to organizational goals.
- At least 8+ years of progressive relevant experience in a data‑intensive environment, including a minimum of 3+ years in a formal people leadership role managing direct reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a closely related quantitative field; a master’s degree is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of data systems, relationships, and modeling, with the ability to quickly learn various data environments.
- Proven excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL, Looker, and other data analysis tools.
- Experience with BI tools and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS), particularly Clarity Human Services, is a significant plus.
Annual targeted total compensation range of $71,000 - $135,000
, including variable compensation (bonus) eligibility.
This is a fully remote, full‑time position. Successful candidates will work from home.
