Benesch is proud to announce the opening for a Applications Developer in our Cleveland office! This position is hybrid and has work from home flexibility.

Do you have experience as a SharePoint or Power App developer, online? Do you have experience working in a law firm or professional services organization? Do you have MS Power Platform certification and looking for an opportunity to put it to use? Then the role of Applications Developer may be the one you've been looking for! This role is perfect for the Applications Developer who is looking to spread their wings, use their talent and be on the cutting edge of a newly formed applications department.

The Application Developer is responsible for building and managing the firm's custom application environments, including Microsoft Power Apps, SharePoint, and other relevant platforms as required to support the organization's needs. Working with peers in IT and internal business customers, the role designs and implements solutions that fill firm needs for collaboration, workflow automation, and generally information management while maintaining a secure and segregated development architecture.

This role also requires a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles.
