We are looking for a Remote IT Specialist to join our all-star technical team. You'll be a key player in keeping our systems secure, stable, and running smoothly for both our internal teams and external clients. From troubleshooting complex hardware issues to configuring cloud environments, you'll be trusted to solve problems before they disrupt business.

This isn't just a ticket taker role you'll be collaborating with decision-makers, contributing to infrastructure planning, and playing a critical part in helping us scale safely and smartly.

• Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, servers, networks, and end-user devices
• Manage user access, security policies, and remote system setups
• Configure and troubleshoot VPNs, firewalls, and network routing issues
• Maintain and monitor cloud services (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Ensure all devices and endpoints are secured, patched, and compliant
• Assist in deploying new tools, systems, and upgrades across departments
• Create and maintain internal documentation for IT procedures and best practices
• Act as a liaison with vendors and elevate critical issues when needed
• Conduct regular audits to ensure system integrity and optimize performance
• Support cross-functional teams during infrastructure projects or software rollouts

• 3+ years in an IT Specialist, IT Support, or Sys Admin role
• Deep understanding of Windows, MacOS, and Linux environments
• Comfortable with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• Solid grasp of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls)
• Hands-on experience with MDM tools (e.g., Jamf, Intune, Kandji)
• Strong cybersecurity awareness you think 3 steps ahead of potential threats
• Excellent communication and time management skills you know how to manage your day and keep others informed
• Bonus: scripting skills (Power Shell, Bash, or Python), or experience with automation tools like Ansible or Terraform
