About the Opportunity:

We're looking for a Senior Technical Writer to help drive the use of Seekr Flow and to deliver a best-in-class experience for developers on our platform. This role requires technical depth in AI, a knack for user-centric communication, and the ability to balance strategic vision with day-to-day execution. If you're skilled at translating AI/ML capabilities into intuitive documentation, we'd love to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand technical specifications and requirements
• Translate technical concepts and new capabilities into clear, accessible documentation that is easy for end-users to understand
• Work closely with the product development team to stay updated on project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Maintain a sensible documentation architecture as the product suite evolves, that encompasses functionality across our UI, API, and SDK.
• Ensure that all documentation adheres to industry standards and best practices
• Review and edit documentation for accuracy, consistency, and clarity, ensuring that it meets the needs of our target audience
• Continuously update and improve existing documentation based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in technical writing and documentation
• Communicate updates and strategic plans to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Drive stakeholder alignment by setting clear priorities, facilitating discussions, and resolving conflicts to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on empathy for the developer-user experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Technical Writer in a technology-driven environment.
• Experience creating and maintaining documentation for a SaaS offering with a track record of self-direction and meeting deadlines.
• Solid understanding of fundamental Generative AI concepts such as inference, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and agent workflows, with the ability to explain and document these concepts clearly.
• Experience with large language model APIs, working knowledge of Python programming, and ability to write, test and document code samples.

• Experience in defining, implementing, and maintaining the documentation architecture for an enterprise-grade solution, across UI, API, and SDK features.
