IT Business Systems Analyst - Planview Portfolios; REMOTE

Hello, we are seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst (must have
-Planview Portfolios experience) for one of major Insurance clients. This is a 100% REMOTE opportunity

Assignment Details: IT Systems Analyst Sr (2 openings) — 12 month assignment. Remote – Candidates must be willing to work ET hours. Expected to work within core business hours and must not exceed 40 hours/week.

• Gather, document, create, and refine requirements using story cards and maintain team boards.
• Creates basic artifacts (e.g., documentation, data flow diagrams, context diagrams) used in the design, development, and implementation of new systems and system enhancements.
• Lead Agile ceremonies for the team using scrum and/or kanban methodologies including daily stand‑up meetings.
• Lead and participate in monthly and quarterly planning sessions.
• Participate in requirements reviews to ensure comprehensiveness and adherence to documentation standards and methodologies.
• Conduct detailed analysis and create metrics by collecting, analyzing, interpreting, monitoring and auditing for Planview Portfolios.

• Experience with Planview Portfolios is a must. PV Data experience beneficial. Experience with data integrations and data integrity would be very helpful.
• Prior experience with gathering requirements.
• Familiarity with industry tools and techniques to elicit, prioritize, organize, document, model and analyze technical requirements.
• Listening, verbal and written communications skills with the ability to present information to a variety of audiences.
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
• Proven ability to facilitate, influence, and build consensus amongst individuals with various perspectives and business priorities.
• Organization skills with the ability to work on multiple small projects and/or assignments simultaneously.
• Technical aptitude and knowledge of IT technologies, software applications, programming languages, and adjacent systems and data exchanges.
• Analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to investigate, assess and recommend solutions.

• Familiar with LEAN Methodologies.
• Familiar with AI techniques and requirements for AI prompts/testing.
