We're looking to add a skilled IT Support Technician to our established MSP team, with responsibilities split between remote support and in-person work. This position includes on-location duties at our Baton Rouge office. For applicants living outside the area, relocation assistance may be offered.

- This position centers on delivering in-person and project-based IT support to clients in your local area. You ll regularly visit client sites to diagnose and fix issues involving computers, networks, servers, internet connectivity, and related systems.
- When not scheduled for on-site visits, you’ll provide remote support services and manage client projects. Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly approach with clients are key to thriving in this role.
- You’ll be expected to log all support actions—both remote and on-site—in our ticketing system and ensure client information stays current.
- You’ll also support our deployment team with setting up servers, networks, workstations, and other technical projects that require additional help.
- Outstanding Customer Service Skills – While we are a technology-focused business, building strong client relationships is our top priority
- Experience:
At least 3 years in an IT support role, with MSP experience strongly preferred - Technical
Skills:

Familiarity with Windows Servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 administration - Virtualization: A foundational understanding of technologies like Hyper-V
- Desktop Support Expertise:
Skilled in desktop hardware repair, drive replacement, disk imaging, operating system installations, malware removal, and troubleshooting email systems - Work Ethic: A self-motivated individual who can thrive independently or collaboratively, and maintain confidence when working with clients, even in challenging situations
- Work Location:
Baton Rouge, LA and two hours surrounding, and remote from home
Work Remotely: After you re fully self-sufficient and experienced with our processes, tools, and clients, you ll have the flexibility to work from home on some days, but there will be scheduled days where you re required to work from our office.
