Program Manager

Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Cloud Customer Experience Platform supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, adaptability, and strategic thinking, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Remote (PST preferred)
Pay Range: $62 - $67/hr on W2
Daily

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday - 7 hours/day, total 28 hours/week
Contract Duration: until 6/30/26 (chance of extension - yes - expected to be a full 18 months contract)

• Drive Agile transformation initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within the Azure ecosystem.
• Own Dev Ops solutions, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
• Enable rapid impact and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and objectives.

• 4+ years of experience with Azure Dev Ops and Agile methodologies.
• Proven track record coaching multiple teams and stakeholders in Agile adoption.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to facilitate collaboration and drive results.
• Experience managing complex projects with a focus on Dev Ops and cloud solutions.
• 8-10 years of relevant industry experience, with familiarity in newer Agile tools and practices.
