Program Manager – Customer Success Strategy

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business services sector, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager - Customer Success Strategy, you will be part of the strategic operations supporting various project initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and proactive problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Program Manager Remote 18 Month Contract

$58/hour

• Coordinate projects by developing detailed plans to achieve organizational goals and oversee the integration of technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Recruit stakeholders, assign tasks, and provide ongoing feedback to ensure project success.
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams to discuss project specifications and procedures.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of project or strategy experience with a proven track record of strategic thinking.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to craft executive-ready narratives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and organizational navigation skills.
• Experience working independently and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field; PMI or PMP certification preferred.
