Project Manager Non Tech

Our client, a leading organization in the data center operations sector, is seeking a Project Manager Non-Tech to join their team. As a Project Manager Non-Tech, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting critical business initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager Non-Tech

Location: Remote (Must be able to work 9 AM – 5 PM PST core hours)

Pay Range: $59 - $63/hr on W2

• Coordinate non-technical data center operations projects by developing detailed plans and managing the integration of activities and dependencies.
• Drive deliverables and ensure progress through strong project planning and execution using MSProject.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to project teams and leadership to facilitate informed decision‑making.
• Analyze risks, develop mitigation strategies, and assess resource needs to evaluate project feasibility.
• Review, recommend, or approve contracts and cost estimates to maintain project budget and scope.
• Oversee, review, and approve project deliverables to meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Consult and negotiate with stakeholders to align on project milestones and ensure successful delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in project management or related roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MSProject is required.
• Strong knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and other project management tools.
• PMI or PMP certification is preferred.
