We are now looking for a Strategic Solution Lead – Supply Chain & Forecast & Replenishment to join our Customer Success team in Italy.

Strategic Solution Lead – Supply Chain & F&R, you’ll partner closely with Customer Success Managers and regional customers to drive value from RELEX’s market-leading solutions. You’ll play a key role in identifying business challenges, aligning them with the right RELEX capabilities, and helping customers realise measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Act as a strategic advisor to our CSMs and customers, building strong relationships and aligning RELEX solutions to customer goals
• Identify and develop commercial opportunities within existing accounts, helping expand the sales pipeline
• Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Presales, Analytics, and Operations to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions
• Represent the customer internally to ensure solution relevance, usability, and value delivery
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of our Customer Success practices across regions
• Use your local and regional knowledge to support culturally and commercially relevant engagement across EMEA South

What You’ll Bring to the table:

• 10+ years of experience in retail, wholesale, or consumer packaged goods (CPG), ideally in supply chain, forecasting, or merchandising roles
• Strong operational background, with a deep understanding of real-world retail challenges
• Hands-on expertise in Forecasting & Replenishment (F&R); additional experience in areas like space planning, promotions, or markdown is a strong plus
• Commercial acumen and experience influencing business decisions, ideally with measurable impact
• Proven ability to work across departments and build trust with diverse stakeholders
• Fluency in Italian and English is essential; knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a strong advantage
• A mindset that combines customer empathy, problem-solving, and curiosity
• Comfort working in a remote-first environment while maintaining strong collaboration
