Mission Technologies is seeking a Systems Administratorto support the Navy Integrated Training Environment (NITE). This position is focused on the administration and maintenance of the Navy Enterprise Tactical Training Network (NETTN), which supports critical modeling and simulation systems across the defense training enterprise.

The Systems Administrator will work as part of a collaborative technical team to resolve issues, maintain system health, and ensure cybersecurity compliance in Windows, RHEL, and virtualized environments. Responsibilities include system troubleshooting, documentation, scripting, and supporting change management activities.

Perform advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution across client and server systems

Administer and maintain Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments, including virtual systems

Support system configurations in compliance with DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)

Create and update automation scripts to enhance operational efficiency (e.g., Power Shell, Bash)

Participate in change management and configuration processes

Document technical procedures, configurations, and support efforts

Collaborate with internal teams to support service continuity and improvement

Provide Tier 2/3-level support and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Education & Experience

Candidates must meet one of the following:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3years of relevant experience

Master’s degree in a related field and 1years of relevant experience

High school diploma or equivalent and 7years of relevant experience
