Test Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and testing industry, is seeking a Test Technician to join their team. As a Test Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting engineering and production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$30

• Conduct tests on products and systems following established protocols to evaluate functionality, reliability, and durability.
• Prepare, calibrate, and operate testing equipment such as Instron machines, humidity chambers, oscilloscopes, VNAs, DMMs, and soldering stations.
• Record, analyze, and report test results accurately to support quality assurance and engineering teams.
• Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot faults, malfunctions, and defects during testing processes.
• Maintain testing equipment and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Associate’s degree in Hardware Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in testing or technical support roles.
• Proficiency in using testing tools and equipment such as Instron machines, oscilloscopes, and DMMs.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with team members.
