The IT Vendor Relationship Specialist will be responsible for managing the relationship with the organization’s outsourced IT services provider. This role ensures alignment between vendor performance and organizational goals, maintains service quality, and addresses challenges in outsourcing operations. The individual will work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize vendor performance and achieve operational excellence in accordance with the terms and conditions of the managed services agreement.

Education- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years in vendor management, IT service management, or a similar role, preferably within a healthcare IT environment
- 5+ years using service management software – Service Now
- 5+ years of contract and Service Level Agreement (SLA) management
- Strong knowledge of IT outsourcing and offshore/nearshore models
- SLA performance analysis (targets, minimums, credits, etc.)
- Full cycle contract and obligation management
- Contract risk and financial management
- Supplier performance management and relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with IT governance, service management, and architecture frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Innovation and automation management
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry
- Proficiency with vendor management tools and systems
The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. When determining individual pay rates, we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, internal equity and organizational needs.
In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night, weekend or on‑call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.
