• Conduct lead generation by researching and contacting Web3 projects across various blockchain ecosystems
• Pitch and close deals by identifying new partners and understanding their needs and pain points
• Advocate for the core benefits of Native Exchanges (NEXs) compared to Decentralized Exchanges (DEXs) and Centralized Exchanges (CEXs)
• Manage partner relationships from initial contact through onboarding, integration, and ongoing updates
• Build and manage a sales funnel using the company's CRM system

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or partnerships role at a SaaS/tech, finance, or crypto business
• Experience using CEXs and DEXs for trading
• Knowledge of top crypto L1/L2 protocols and key ecosystem project verticals
• Proven experience in lead generation and pitching tech products
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently

• Strong understanding of traditional finance and crypto products such as spot, futures, and perpetual contracts
