Position: Revenue Operations Manager (Remote US)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as a hybrid technical implementer and strategic Rev Ops advisor for B2B Tech and SaaS clients
  • Architect and execute tracking infrastructures across GTM/GA4, MAPs, and CRM systems for accurate attribution and revenue reporting
  • Set up and validate offline conversion pipelines across Google Ads, Linked In, and Meta
  • Identify opportunities to expand client engagements across Marketing Ops, Rev Ops, Paid Media, and Analytics lines of business
  • Manage deliverables, project milestones, and technical implementations from discovery to final deployment
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 3+ years of hands‑on experience in Rev Ops, with a background in customer-side or 1-2+ years agency-side
  • Technical mastery of Hub Spot, Marketo, and/or Pardot, with the ability to manage multiple client instances end‑to‑end
  • Strong expertise in GTM and GA4, including event architecture and tracking QA
  • Hands‑on experience with offline conversion tracking and CRM‑to‑ad‑platform integrations (Google Ads, Linked In, Meta)
  • Strong client‑facing communication skills and ability to collaborate with Director-level stakeholders and above

  • Curiosity, drive, and a desire to deepen your technical and strategic Rev Ops skill set
  • Experience evaluating and optimizing revenue operations processes that impact pipeline efficiency and revenue performance
