• Set and achieve goals for client engagements within your pod
• Ensure adherence to best practices across all marketing channels for client success
• Collaborate with strategists to overcome roadblocks and secure campaign approvals
• Lead and empower team members through clear communication and structured support
• Maintain client satisfaction and performance metrics, including achieving a CSAT score of 4.2 or higher

• Proven experience in performance marketing or a related field
• Strong understanding of customer generation and LTV:
  
  CAC modeling
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate in a remote work environment
• Experience in setting and achieving measurable performance goals

• Previous experience working with SaaS and tech companies
• Familiarity with analytics tools and performance metrics
• Strong storytelling ability to convey marketing strategies effectively
• Experience in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment
