- Design, develop, and maintain complex cross-agency databases and analytic applications
- Build advanced analytic datasets and statistical models to support evaluation and policy development
- Lead requirements gathering, data architecture design, and ETL development across multiple systems
- Conduct sophisticated statistical analyses and create custom reporting solutions for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with data governance and information security standards while coordinating secure data transfers
- Bachelor’s degree with 9 semester or 15 quarter hours of computer science courses and 7 years of progressively responsible IT experience with large databases, or
- AA degree in computer science, statistical programming, or related field AND 9 years of progressively responsible IT experience, or
- 11 years as an Information Technology Data Management technician or equivalent experience
- Five years managing, programming, and analyzing data for research and evaluation using SAS or similar software
- Four years performing quantitative data analyses and database administration in health or human services
- Advanced skills in SAS for data management and analysis
- Five years of experience managing and analyzing data with SQL or another high-level programming language
- Demonstrated project management experience
