Tier III​/O&M Technical Support Analyst

• Provide Tier III technical support and resolution for critical application issues
• Coordinate system releases, including stakeholder briefings and documentation maintenance
• Perform software deployments and support user testing
• Monitor daily operations of all system components and maintain ancillary environments
• Update system documentation and create functional requirement specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of related experience
• Proficiency in data analysis and technical support
• Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of LAMP stack and MySQL database
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with IT tracking tools, preferably Service Now and Jira
• Experience with Linux and Windows administration
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Bash, Python, and PHP
• Experience working in a load-balanced environment
• Understanding of IT governance frameworks and industry standards (e.g., ITIL, COBIT)
