- Minimum of two years of experience in data analysis, statistics, or a related area
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, SAS, R)
- Strong communication skills tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Valid Colorado Driver's License and access to reliable transportation
- Experience with data visualization tools and platforms
- Familiarity with public demographic, land use, and transportation-related data
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research principles
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and learn new techniques or software
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders
