We’re working with a fast-growing, independent brand to find a hands‑on Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager. This is an urgent one and the client are moving quickly, so if this is of interest please don’t hesitate to apply!
This is brilliant opportunity to own and grow the digital sales channel of a business that’s already making waves online. You’ll lead on everything from CRM and SEO to PPC and conversion optimisation, working closely with a collaborative team to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
Their office is in central Bristol, walkable from Temple Meads train station and it’s 4 days in the office, one day working from home.

What you’ll be doingAs Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the Shopify Plus platform — managing both front‑end and back‑end operations. You’ll optimise user experience, site navigation and merchandising to improve conversion rates and customer journeys.
You’ll lead digital campaigns across email, search, SEO and PPC, using CRM tools to automate and personalise communications. You’ll be responsible for core KPIs including online revenue growth, AOV, CPA and CRO.
You’ll analyse performance data using GA4, Looker Studio and Hub Spot (or similar), identifying trends and opportunities to improve. You’ll propose and test new initiatives, manage external developers where needed, and ensure the site is always evolving to meet customer needs.
What experience you’ll need to apply- Proven experience managing an eCommerce site, ideally in a fast‑paced environment.
- Shopify Plus experience is desirable but not essential.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, CRM and email.
- Confident using GA4, Looker Studio and CRM platforms (e.g. Hub Spot).
- Commercially minded with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
- Experience improving UX, CRO and customer journeys.
- Comfortable managing external partners and working cross‑functionally.
- Bonus points for experience in food & drink or B2B sectors.
