DescriptionZappi is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to serve as first-line support for the smooth use of the Salesforce platform, improve upon business processes, and ultimately make SFDC a place that helps our employees do their jobs better. You will help drive the roadmap and functional requirements of Zappi’s instance of Salesforce, keeping pace with growing needs as our revenue function scales.
You will play a key role in partnering with our internal teams to deepen the integration with the other key systems and Salesforce.
You will report to the VP, GTM Systems as part of the wider Revenue Operations organization.
Key Responsibilities- All aspects of user management and support including user support tickets, new user setup and deactivation, roles, profiles, and permissions
- Actively participate and lead projects targeted at improving SFDC processes, data integrity and adoption throughout the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Working with Revenue Operations to produce dashboards and reports in SFDC for planning and performance management purposes e.g. forecasting, tracking KPIs, Client Success metrics, lead funnel metrics, etc.
- Managing the upkeep and maintenance of our system, including: fields, flows, approval processes, page layouts, validation rules, opportunity process/data changes, leads and contacts, user management, and supporting third party application integrations
- Work with our Salesforce Engineers to manage and maintain the QA and release of connected tools and processes
- Monitor and analyze user feedback to continuously improve system usability
- 5+ years of experience in SFDC administration for a fast-growing software business
- Salesforce Admin Certification, Advanced Salesforce Admin Certification and Sales or Service Cloud Consultant Certification
- Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, with expertise in Lightning Experience, Flows essential
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts to stakeholders with varied technical backgrounds
- Ability to manage workload between user support and project deliverables with consistent attention to detail and quality
- Salary range $105K–$125K per annum. Salaries are benchmarked annually
