They are now seeking a Technical Lead to take ownership of the technical strategy for critical, customer-facing systems. This role is about driving architectural leadership that directly translates to business success. You will be central to scaling a platform that is redefining lending in the SME space.

• Own the Architecture: Lead the design of systems that leverage real‑time data to tailor bespoke product offers.
• Strategic Impact: Partner closely with Product, Strategy, and Commercial teams to influence the business roadmap.

• 💡Experience in Fin Tech, E-commerce, or Product‑Led SaaS businesses where engineering directly impacts commercial metrics (e.g., conversion rate).
• 📈Recent roles must demonstrate a blend of hands‑on delivery with strategic system design, avoiding roles focused purely on internal platform or infrastructure.
• ✨Management experience is a nice to have as you will manage a small team of engineers.
