What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns

  • Design and optimize marketing automation workflows and email campaigns using Hub Spot
  • Analyze campaign performance and develop reporting dashboards to provide actionable insights

What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in paid media and marketing automation
  • Proficiency in creating and executing paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Adwords and Linked In
  • Experience working in Hub Spot to create emails, landing pages, and workflows
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics and reporting tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Expert proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Hub Spot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar)
  • Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and Linked In advertising certifications
  • Experience managing vendor and agency relationships
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present data insights through dashboards and reports
  • Experience working in an agile marketing framework
