What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop strong customer relationships and serve as a trusted partner for major accounts
  • Proactively drive adoption of Ring Central’s product technology stack to maximize customer ROI
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by facilitating quarterly business reviews and addressing technical demands
  • Mitigate churn risk and maintain monthly recurring revenue for high-profile customers
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to drive positive customer satisfaction and account growth
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 3 to 7 years of direct and verifiable major accounts-level customer success experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding customer satisfaction and adoption goals
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to interact with and influence C-level executives
  • BS or equivalent education and relevant experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with VoIP technology and Contact Center terminology
  • Knowledge in advanced network troubleshooting and terminology
  • Excellent presentation skills for both small and large audiences
  • A blend of technical expertise and sales acumen with a customer‑centric mentality
  • Experience in managing or influencing both internal and customer resources
