Glia Cell is seeking a Data Scientist to support a large government contract. The role focuses on leveraging data science techniques to provide actionable insights that enhance system performance and security.

• Active or rein‑statable TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance (within 7 years).
• U.S. Citizenship.
• 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong software development skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.

  Languages:
  
  Proficiency in Python and R, with experience in libraries such as Num Py, pandas, Tensor Flow and scikit‑learn.
• Statistical Analysis: Solid foundation in statistics and probability, including regression, hypothesis testing and distribution theory.
• Machine Learning: Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks for predictive modeling.
• Data Wrangling: Ability to clean and transform complex datasets into usable formats.
• Database Management: Familiarity with SQL and database systems such as Postgre
  
  SQL and Mongo
  
  DB.
• Data Visualization: Proficiency with tools like Tableau, Matplotlib or equivalent for communicating insights.

$150,000 to $200,000 per year, plus benefits and bonus opportunities.
