• Support state and local court customers in maximizing the use of AI products and mitigating risk
• Drive product adoption by understanding customer needs and demonstrating the value of AI solutions
• Troubleshoot product issues and assist customers in changing workflows to incorporate AI products
• Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive revenue growth
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of AI products and relevant industry trends while logging customer interactions accurately

• Juris Doctor (JD) preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of professional legal experience, preferably with state and local courts or government customers
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within the legal technology industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong customer relationships
• Experience with remote training technology, including MS Teams and Web Ex

• Familiarity with AI‑Assisted Research products
• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective product training and presentations to court personnel
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing accurate guidance
• Experience tracking and reporting on key performance indicators
