Job Description

Technical leader responsible for guiding projects from planning to completion. Manages estimation, scaffolding, build systems, and task routing while ensuring technical excellence at every stage. Acts as the primary client-facing representative for engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through setup, development, and launch using Node.js,MEAN/MERN stacks, and SSG tools (Jekyll, Handlebars).

• Scaffold projects, configure build tools (Webpack, Gulp), and manage development tasks.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization for all web projects.

• Collaborate with QA and Project Management to align on automated testing,analytics, and API integration.

• Mentor team members on creative technologies such as Green Sock and 3JS for advanced front-end animations.

• Represent the engineering team in client meetings, advocating for accessibility and technical best practices.

• Participate in technical interviews for developer and junior architect roles,ensuring candidates meet the team’s technical and cultural expectations.

• Work closely with leadership and hiring managers to evaluate technicalproficiencies, such as API integration, front-end frameworks, and version control.

• Offer feedback and help enhance interview processes to ensure technical assessments align with the latest technology trends.

• Provide technical mentorship to developers across all levels, helping them refine their skills in areas such as API integration, JavaScript frameworks, and version control.

• Manage and guide team members’ performance by offering constructive feedback, setting development goals, and identifying training opportunities toenhance the team’s capabilities.
