- Serve as a hybrid technical implementer and strategic Rev Ops advisor for B2B Tech and SaaS clients
- Architect and execute tracking infrastructures across GTM/GA4, MAPs, and CRM systems to ensure accurate attribution and revenue reporting
- Set up and validate offline conversion pipelines across Google Ads, Linked In, and Meta to unlock full-funnel optimization
- Identify opportunities to expand client engagements across Marketing Ops, Rev Ops, Paid Media, and Analytics lines of business
- Communicate directly with clients via email, Slack, and Zoom—translating technical insights into actionable recommendations
- Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in marketing automation and analytics environments (Hub Spot, Marketo, Pardot)
- Strong expertise in GTM and GA4, including event architecture and tracking quality assurance
- Hands‑on experience with offline conversion tracking and CRM‑to‑ad‑platform integrations (Google Ads, Linked In, Meta)
- Strong client‑facing communication skills and the ability to collaborate with Director‑level stakeholders and above
- A data‑driven mindset with experience building marketing and revenue dashboards
- 1‑2 years of agency‑side experience in Revenue Operations
- Curiosity and drive to deepen your technical and strategic Rev Ops skill set
- Experience with lifecycle automation and revenue reporting frameworks
- Familiarity with lead scoring, routing logic, and ABM execution strategies
- Ability to evaluate and optimize revenue operations processes impacting pipeline efficiency
