ECG Analyst

Title: ECG Analyst

Location:
Plymouth, MN

Duration: 4 months+

Remote work is allowed

• Engage customers/clients/vendors on the specifics of the project
• Coordinate with customers/clients/vendors the schedule for changes
• Liaison between ECG staff and customers/clients/vendors during implementation of change
• Tracking of project status
• Validation of customer/clients/vendor changes

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• 3+ years experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work with different groups to drive results
• Ability to work with little or no supervision

Additional Qualifications:

• Knowledge of File Transfer protocols (SFTP, FTP, HTTP)
• Experience with Helpdesk tools preferably HPSM
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
