Oracle Tech Delivery Lead
Location:
Remote (Preferred EST candidates only). Office visits occasionally required.
Seeking a skilled Oracle Tech Delivery Lead to oversee Oracle Financials R12 and Fusion ERP implementations, integrations, and customizations. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong project management skills, and global stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex ERP projects, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management – Lead Oracle Financials R12 and Fusion projects, including migrations and custom implementations; use JIRA and Agile methodologies for project execution; strong requirement, change, customer, and global stakeholder management.
- Technical Expertise – Experience in Oracle OAF and API development; manage migrations or coexistence strategies between R12 and Fusion; proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, and Oracle Workflow Builder; integrate Oracle Financials with Salesforce CRM using REST APIs; design custom applications and workflows with Oracle APEX.
- Functional Expertise – Strong expertise across Oracle Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM); ensure compliance with SOX and IFRS standards.
- Stakeholder Management – Collaborate with global stakeholders for requirements and updates; facilitate change management for ERP implementations.
- Integration and Data Management – Oversee lead-to-cash and order-to-cash system integrations between Oracle Financials and Salesforce CRM; manage data warehousing and reporting initiatives; mentor technical teams and resolve challenges promptly.
Skills and Qualifications
- Technical: Proficiency in Oracle Financials R12, Fusion ERP, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow Builder, XML Publisher, and OAF.
- Functional: Expertise in financial modules and regulatory compliance.
- Integration: Experience with Salesforce integration and REST APIs.
- Project Management: Strong Agile/JIRA skills and global project management experience, change management for ERP implementations.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management.
- PMP or Agile/Scrum certification.
- Experience in global template roll outs.
