Crowd Strike's Global Legal Team is seeking a Senior CLM Business Analyst to join our award-winning Legal Operations team. This role is pivotal in supporting a successful CLM strategy through automation, workflow improvement, and data-driven insights.
The successful candidate will build relationships with business stakeholders, create a center of excellence focused on business functionality, and develop a multi-year roadmap that delivers both legal and cross functional initiatives aligned to Crowd Strike strategic programs.
What You'll Do:- Design future state vision, identify Legal initiatives and develop legal application roadmap mainly focused on the CLM process area
- Lead critical major cross-functional initiatives and projects for the CLM process area including architectural decisions, system implementations, operational improvements and new product rollouts
- Partner with Business Stakeholders to document business requirements for process solutions using relevant business applications
- Work closely with IT and Procurement to influence a company wide CLM strategy
- Refine IT's process management framework as it relates to CLM, perform process assessments and implement process improvements
- Partner with process owners to define and benchmark operational KPIs and support the delivery of KPI dashboards
- Provide general CLM application support as required
- Build and deliver training regarding optimal use of CLM tools and technology
- Bachelor's degree
- 9+ years of relevant professional experience
- Solid understanding of CLM processes
- SaaS industry experience
- Highly proactive and planful, with a proven track record of owning and delivering CLM application projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with senior cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team yet function well with independent responsibilities
- Attention to detail, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvement
- 3+ years of professional experience in analytics, automation, or a similar technical role. Strong project management skills, including documenting progress and maintaining clarity on timelines and goals.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning and applying new technologies, especially in the areas of automation and AI.
- Prior system implementation experience in the CLM process area
- Experience leading or scaling Ironclad or similar CLM platforms
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Docu Sign integrations for contract workflow automation
- Experience with AI-driven contract analytics and programs
- Ability to build or interpret CLM dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience with in a publicly traded multinational company, preferably high-growth company
