We are looking for an exceptional Marketing Data Analyst
, who is excited about Plum’s mission, to join our Marketing team. You will help expand the value we deliver across Plum through data-driven decision making.

• Provide data support across the Marketing Team, with an increased focus on performance and lifecycle marketing
• Lead insights projects around return-on-investment, segmentation and produce actionable analyses
• Own measurement & attribution: you will collaborate with marketing team on how to track and quantify the growth different channels drive and how it is measured and controlled for incremental effects
• Build and maintain data models in your space using Big Query and dbt

• You are excited to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to Plum’s mission!
• You have a proven track‑record of 2+ years, demonstrating strong analytical skills, ideally in a marketing team
• You are impact-driven and are able to balance quality and speed
• You have strong SQL skills and ideally Python / R. Bonus: dbt
• You are experienced with data visualisation tools, e.g. Looker, tableau
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and causal inference
